Application / Admission

At the beginning of your stay in hospital you are required to complete some formalities. Our administration needs this information to invoice charges for your health insurance institution.  Please bring a hospitalisation certificate from your doctor, together with your insurance card.

Our admissions office is located near the entrance hall.

Our staff are available there during the following  hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. till 4 p.m. At other times, please contact our telephone exchange.

• Your medication plan
